Wei Guoguang, born in Chongqing in 1952, three generations of Huangpu, a professional painter.

In 1983, the works were collected by the Jilin Provincial Museum. In 1994, Sichuan staff and calligraphy won the third prize. In 1997, they won the bronze medal in the Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of the Ministry of Metallurgy.
