A Painting by Lois Ruppenthal Wethington (b. 1923). Ms. Wethington was a southern US artist trained in the Chinese style of painting.

One of approximately 200 paintings by the artist who studied in Manila under Professor Chen Bing-sun in the 1950s and in the 1960 under Alice Chen.
